FATE USA empowers Nigerian entrepreneurs through an array of established and emerging programs. These programs provide Nigerians with access to the information and expertise required for success, and reduces Nigeria's isolation from international networks and innovations.

Consultant Internships
In the summer of 2002, FATE USA sent its first group of MBA student interns to Nigeria for ten-week internship with Nigerian companies.

Book Donations
FATE USA has collected 1000's of updated, recently published business texts from accross the country. The books have been sent and distributed in Nigeria through FATE representatives residing in Nigeria.

Grants
FATE USA is developing the application procedures for empowerment grants to business-oriented non-profits in Nigeria. The first set of grants will be awarded in 2004.

Mentor Matching
In December 2002, FATE USA inaugurated the pilot mentorship program. This initiative will stimulate the flow of communication and counsel between professionals in the United States and Nigeria.
